27 Weeks & PINKBLUSH Maternity

I am 27 weeks and 2 days pregnant! AHH! I have less than one week until I start my third trimester! It is SO surreal. Pregnancy goes by so quickly. I know these next couple months are going to fly by. It’s time to really start preparing for Wes’ arrival!

My belly is getting SO much bigger and I’m gaining a bit more weight than I did with my last pregnancy. Almost NONE of my clothes fit me right now 😂 Collaborating with PinkBlush couldn’t have come at a better time! I was gifted this GORGEOUS burgundy lace accent maternity top and I LOVE it. The first day I wore it I got so many compliments on it! The lace isn’t itchy like some lace tops can be. The color is a really pretty burgundy, one of my favorites and it’s very comfortable and super soft!

*Although I am collaborating with PinkBlush, all opinions are honest and my own.

I have had a couple of women ask me in the past if I felt that it was worth buying some maternity clothes. Even for someone with a smaller build, I still think it’s worthwhile to buy some nice, good quality maternity clothes. You can definitely wear some of your pre-pregnancy clothes, but maternity jeans, leggings and tops are a LOT more comfortable for a growing body and belly. If you or someone you know is expecting, you should definitely check out PinkBlush. They have so many items to choose from and they don’t just sell maternity! They have a HUGE selection of tops, bottoms, dresses, a plus size line, and children’s clothing items! As a mom, it’s hard to take the time to look nice and take care of YOU. For a while, I forgot the last time I wore new clothes! When you look good, you feel good. Sometimes you have to treat yourself. You’re a mama, you deserve it!

We had my best friend’s wedding this past weekend and it was a BLAST! I am super proud of myself for making it through the entire day without being in a lot of pain! I went to the chiropractor and physical therapy the day before to make sure my body was aligned and in tip top shape! I know I basically say this in every pregnancy blog post but going to those appointments are a LIFE SAVER. This pregnancy has been more enjoyable than my last one. Nothing against my little girl because I love her so so much, I loved carrying her, but I will say Wes has been more fun! 😍 He’s definitely a mover and I truly enjoy bonding with him this way.

How far along? 27 weeks 2 days

Food cravings? So many sweets… it’s so bad.
Anything making you queasy or sick? Not really!

Gender guesses? It’s a BOY! ❤
Belly button in or out? It’s pretty flat and the top sticks out a little!
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or moody? Depends on the day 😉
Looking forward to? Peyton’s first Halloween that she will actually enjoy!

  1. I am in love with this shirt and Pinkblush! When I was pregnant that is all I ever bought from. Their prices are amazing and the quality of their clothes can’t be beat!
