21 week update

I’m just going to do a quick update to get back on track. I’m 21 weeks pregnant today and I’m feelin’ pretty good lately! The round ligament pain has let up a bit for now but I think lower back pain is here to stay! I had the worst spasm ever the other night and I had to sit on the floor for a while. If anyone has any suggestions on what to do about that, feel free to tell me! I already have the snoogle pillow and its great and all but like I said before… I can’t lay my head on it so I can’t take full advantage of it. I’m thinking of trying some prenatal yoga to see if that will help. I just need to make sure I’m doing it correctly 🙂 Aaron set up the glider we bought, which is SO cute, so I’m going to start using that now instead of sitting on my big soft couch that you just kinda SINK right into. Not good for my back at all!

Peyton is the size of an endive. She is about 10.5 inches long and weighs about 12.7 ounces. She is continuing to produce “meconium” which will be her first poopie 🙂 This week her taste buds are really starting to develop so she is able to taste what I eat through the amniotic fluid! So cool!
